Ever since he was a simple pizza maker, Tito stood out for his leadership skills and above all for the technique with which he was able to make even 400/500 pizzas completely by himself without failing to satisfy his personal clientele, who have followed him since when in '93 he decided to undertake this wonderful activity all by himself, with the consequent risks.
The game paid off and as they say, when the going gets tough, the tough get going… and what results!
After 25 years of passion, my father Tito and I together with the help of all the most spectacular collaborators one could wish for, despite a thousand difficulties, we have decided to take an important step.
Countertrend, despite the historical moment.
Even against ourselves, grappling with pen and paper, we have listened to the heart... Change everything. Renovate completely, however, starting again from where we left our mark…

Our idea was and is to give a touch of elegance and modernity without leaving our traditions, large spaces and high quality materials with which we set up the new place.
With courage (or recklessness, but there's no satisfaction without jumping out of your spaces a little, right?) and relying on the taste and experience of Tito who strongly decided on the furnishings, colors and arrangement of everything.
Not to mention the garden where in the summer we would like to create a corner of paradise in this busy area of ​​the city… Not just a place to eat but where to live in company or, why not, even in peaceful and blissful solitude, a little warmth a family atmosphere…
